Kunshraj Singhania is a dedicated student at the Doon School in Dehradun, India. Passionate about pursuing economics and learning more about the intersection between development, science and sustainability; he desires to make a real impact by building systems that empower people alongside the environment. When not devoting time to studying subjects like Physics, Computers and Math as part of the IBDP curriculum; he actively involves himself in playing chess and enriching his knowledge in coding and business through online courses and essay competitions. Kunshraj is also a keen athlete. He believes that combining training in sports like tennis, hockey and swimming with an interest in public speaking and performance help him stay motivated, disciplined and continuously growing. EnergyCommons was thus born from Kunshraj’s longing to merge his academic interests with real-world action; making renewable energy not just a conversation for the privileged few, but a shared resource for the many.
